Listings
September 30, 2020 - what a year of change and, surprisingly, a year of amazing real estate sales. Almost all of our listings have sold. The virus has made socializing seem unsafe and has left most on edge and nervy. I have family in transition and like anyone who aspires to be a good son or daughter, I aspire to be helpful and supportive which means my health needs to be kept high, also. This also feels like a major cross road for our country and for real estate.
How can I be of greatest service to you and our neighbors? This is the question I'm off to answer. Over the past nearly 20 years I've been blessed to be invited into many families and to be close as many have gone through major transitions. We helped many owners find new stewards for land that is loved. Now, what is best going forward? How can I best be of service to you and to all who over the years have placed trust in me with real estate but also with all the other aspects of profit and change?
I'm going to get the answer. For the next couple of months, maybe up into spring, I will be less engaged in day-to-day real estate brokerage. I'm continuing to work. We've got a few excellent things in the pipe. More time than usual will be spent near family on the coast. I'm committed to my family and I'm also committed to you & to our neighbors. A reevaluation is needed - how can my work be most effective in this bruised world where we are all trying our best?
I'm here for you. If it is time to list and sell, let's talk and allow me to listen deeply to your plans and desires; we'll come up with a path that offers success. In the spring we'll get back at it listing and selling; in the meantime I will make sure you have guidance, understanding and encouragement with any transitions.
Please call or text me. Let's chat. We are all in this together and I'm committed to my part which includes listening deeply to you and sharing my experience, tools and knowledge to make your path forward the best it can be, fun and profitable.
Wishing you the very best and every success. Faithfully yours, Woody
